Part-Time Baker

Part-Time Baker Midwest Cafe & Market We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Baker to support early-morning baking and kitchen preparation at our café. This role focuses on baking, food prep, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties may vary day to day and require comfort working independently during early hours. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Baking muffins during early morning hours Chopping and prepping vegetables and other ingredients as needed Washing dishes and assisting with cleaning tasks Maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen and prep areas Assisting with other kitchen-related tasks as needed What Is Needed to Succeed Availability for early hours; 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Strong reliability, attention to detail, and time management skills Good personal hygiene and food safety awareness Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Previous baking experience Experience operating basic restaurant equipment Knowledge of safe food handling practices
