You will follow established recipes, ensure high-quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities Production :

Measure, weigh, mix, knead, roll, shape, and bake a variety of products, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies, according to recipes.

Quality Control :

Assess the quality of raw materials and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

Scheduling :

Ensure all products are baked in a timely manner to be ready for opening or customer pick-up.

Sanitation :

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, including cleaning ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.

Inventory :

Monitor ingredient levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate supply needs to the manager.

Customer Service :
