Full Job Description Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing ice cream products, decorating cakes and desserts, and producing fresh waffle cones and bowls while maintaining Cold Stone Creamery's quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ice cream, mix-ins, cakes, and other products according to company recipes and standards. Decorate ice cream cakes and specialty desserts. Produce fresh waffle cones, waffle bowls, and waffle products. Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment. Monitor inventory and assist with stocking supplies. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Assist with other store operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, organized, and team-oriented. Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
