Job Description
Gigi's Cupcakes Louisville is looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn. We offer a fun, fast, and customer centric atmosphere. Our goal is to provide everyone with a treat today.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers placing orders via phone, in person, or internet
- Package and label bakery products for display and sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house
- Stock bakery shelves and displays with fresh products
- Run cash registers and take customer payments
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their bakery needs
- Basic math skills to accurately calculate quantities and provide customer change
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order completion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
