Duties Assist with preparing ingredients and mixing doughs for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes Help with packaging baked items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Contribute to food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately and following recipes closely Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times Support catering events or restaurant service by preparing baked goods and assisting with food presentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to ensure smooth bakery operations Skills Experience or interest in gluten free and allergy friendly food preparation Strong knife skills for slicing, trimming, and portioning ingredients safely Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients or guests when needed Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment with attention to detail Previous experience in food production or restaurant settings is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Reliable, dependable and must have own transportation.
