We're looking for a skilled, motivated baker to contribute to a creative, ingredient-driven sourdough and pastry program rooted in Greek flavors and techniques. Responsibilities Prepare and bake sourdough bread, savory pies, desserts, and ice creams according to our recipes and standards Execute prep and service with consistency and attention to detail Assist in developing and testing new seasonal items Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience; bakery or pastry program experience preferred Strong understanding of baking fundamentals and technique Ability to work independently, efficiently, and reliably Availability for early morning shifts and/or weekends
