Full-time / Part-time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Baker to join our Asian Supermarket bakery team at the Natick Mall. You will be responsible for baking fresh breads, buns, and other Asian-style baked goods daily. What You'll Do Prepare and bake various breads and Asian specialty buns. Mix, knead, and shape dough according to recipes. Operate commercial ovens and bakery equipment safely. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure high quality. Maintain a clean and organized baking station. Requirements Experience is preferred , but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for baking. Ability to work early morning or weekend shifts as needed. Hardworking, punctual, and a team player. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
