Baker

Position Overview We are looking for a part-time baker with experience in cakes and bagels to handle weekly production and light daily baking tasks. This role is ideal for someone who prefers flexible hours and can work independently. Responsibilities Prepare and bake fresh bagels and cakes Handle weekly baking production (primarily Mondays) Complete small daily prep/baking tasks (1-2 hours) Maintain consistency in quality and presentation Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Assist with ingredient prep and light inventory Contribute ideas for new baked items (optional) Requirements Experience with cake baking (and basic decoration) Experience with bagel making (boiling, shaping, baking) preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable and punctual (very important) Strong attention to detail and consistency What We're NOT Looking For No croissant or laminated dough experience required Compensation & Perks $18-21/hour depending on experience Flexible, low-hour schedule Opportunity for quick pay increase based on performance Supportive, growing team environment
