KNOWLEDGE AND

RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries and breadCarrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchenBaking recipes and preparing all dessertsGeneral Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)Preparing all needed materials and ingredientsResponsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastriesSanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchenGeneral knowledge of production methods and organization of bread productionMust be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily bakingEnsuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guestsReceive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized mannerInform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting lowComplete various reports for records such as production, usage, and wastePerform other related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO

HAVEKnowledge on food producing process, sanitization, quality programKnowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedureFood safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA)Confectionery/Foods major recommendedFood Handler s Certificate, preferredEffective communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskStellar customer service, both internally and externallyFeedback is a gift!
