Job Description

Assisting in all aspects of bakery production: Reading/understanding recipes. Weighing ingredients, mixing batters, icings, doughs. Knowledgable on different mixing methods. Scaling recipes to different sizes.
Baking:
working the ovens, setting times, knowing when products are finished baking. Cutting pastries, finishing cakes, and pastries. Helping fill showcase for restaurant. Cleaning, dishes, mopping.
WEEKEND DAYS ARE REQUIRED.
