Baker

The Baker will be responsible for baking the baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. The Baker will be expected to execute proper pre-bake and baking procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality baked products to customers. REQUIREMENTS

Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred, but not required (we'll train!) Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Works well in a team environment Must submit to a background check In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
