Responsibilities Operate dry cleaning machines and pressing equipment efficiently to ensure high-quality garment finishing Press shirts, suits, dresses, and other clothing items with attention to detail for crispness and presentation Inspect garments for stains, damages, or irregularities; communicate with team members or customers as needed Handle customer interactions professionally, including taking orders, answering questions, and providing updates on garment completion Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure a safe and productive environment Manage basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing items for pickup or delivery Accurately process transactions involving cash handling or cashiering duties when required Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is highly preferred, but not needed; hotel experience or hospitality background is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management Attention to detail to ensure garments meet quality standards before returning to customers Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks efficiently Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols in a garment care environment Join us in delivering exceptional garment care that keeps our customers looking sharp!
