Grayling Dunkin - 3rd Shift Baker

Dunkin is looking for a reliable 3rd Shift Baker to prepare fresh donuts and baked goods overnight so our guests can start their day with the quality they expect. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, follows routines well, and takes pride in consistent, high-quality work. The ideal candidate needs to be dependable, comfortable with overnight hours, and able to work efficiently. Prior baking or food service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities Include:

Bakers are responsible for proofing, baking, frosting, filling, and finalizing baked good items. Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems Follow food safety standards Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment and guest areas Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Standing on feet Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) Working in a small space

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply) This Dunkin' Brands restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DBI Franchising LLC.
