Baker/ Pastry Chef Brine Oyster House - 1.7 Grosse Pointe Park, MI Job Details Full-time $24 - $30 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Pie preparation Food service health code compliance Cheesecake preparation Pastry chef experience Baking Inventory tracking for food cost management Chocolate preparation Materials management in food and beverage Baked goods production Decorating baked goods Full Job Description Ability to work without constant supervision. Ability to work morning/afternoon hours and flexible with hours. Must have weekend availability as needed. Must have 5+ YEARS minimum Baking, Dessert and Pastry experience. Must have experience with Inventory/Ordering and monitoring cost effectively. Servsafe Certification is a Plus.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
