Job Description
Job Duties Use the cash register to take cash or card payments and give customers the correct change quickly and accurately Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming way and assist with orders, questions, and special requests Prepare food items following simple recipes and standards, including dough prep, toppings, cooking, and packaging Monitor cooking times and food quality to ensure orders are prepared correctly Follow basic food safety and cleanliness practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Portion ice cream and toppings consistently to maintain quality and reduce waste Restock supplies such as ingredients, cups, utensils, and toppings as needed Help support smooth day-to-day operations during busy periods
