The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastries and have experience in working with a pastry kitchen, baking techniques and baking theory. The Pastry Cook will work independently to create new and exciting pastries each week/month. Compensation ranges based on experience/capabilities.

Requirements:

Must provide portfolio with resume to be considered for this position. Previous experience cooking in a professional kitchen or working in a pastry kitchen is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to create recipes. Ability to work in a high-volume environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be available for weekend orders. Must have experience with gluten free/vegan desserts.
