Looking for a part-time baker to join a fast-paced food stand operation focused on fresh, high-quality donuts, served with unique and creative flavor combinations. This is a hands-on role that requires speed, consistency, and the ability to stay organized in a high-output environment. Exciting opportunity to build your baking skills with a new and expanding food business. Responsibilities You'll be responsible for preparing, frying, and finishing donuts from start to finish. This is a time-intensive role where efficiency matters just as much as quality. Proof, fry, and finish donuts Prep various delicious fillings and toppings to accompany our donuts Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation Work quickly and efficiently during production windows Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with food safety regulations Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks including cooking, packaging, and customer service when needed Follow all safety protocols related to kitchen operations, knife skills, and food handling to ensure a safe working environment Skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, and knives safely and efficiently Experience in food production environments like catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow processes without needing step-by-step instruction Ability to lift supplies up to 50 pound Must be able to work early morning and weekend shifts Ideal Candidate Has prior baking or fryer experience (donuts or similar is a plus) Moves quickly without sacrificing quality Is comfortable in a commercial kitchen Takes initiative and can work independently once trained Reliable and consistent This energetic role invites passionate bakers eager to bring joy through their craft!
