Duties Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods with attention to detail and artistic flair Assist in food production and food preparation processes to support daily kitchen operations Maintain strict food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items Manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients, tools, and packaging supplies Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests about our pastry offerings when needed Skills Extensive pastry experience with a strong portfolio of cake decorating and dessert creation Proficiency in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen hygiene practices Skilled in food production, food preparation, baking, and cooking techniques Excellent knife skills for precise pastry work and ingredient preparation Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering environments Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and aesthetic appeal Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment Customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests Join us as a Pastry Chef to bring your culinary artistry to life in a lively setting where innovation meets tradition.
