SCHEDULE
Kitchen Managers or leads are expected to work a minimum of four-five shifts per week, averaging 30-40+ hours. While some weeks may allow part-time hours, full availability is required to work mornings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed throughout the seasons. Kitchen Managers are expected to lead by example and ensure smooth operations regardless of schedule demands.What We Offer:

Leaders who can work alongside the store manager to keep our fast-paced eatery running smoothly. Enthusiasts for authentic, scratch-made Italian cuisine and the vibrant culture that comes with it. Experience in leading bakers, prep cooks, wholesale, and catering opertations. Outgoing individuals who love creating memorable experiences for our guests and turning first-time visitors into regulars. Experienced in operational roles within a café, casual dining, or bar environment, with a strong desire to create and lead training programs. 3-5 years of kitchen management or production leadership experience (wholesale or catering preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations at once. Proven track record of achieving food cost, labor, and production targets. Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities. Commitment to food safety, compliance, and operational discipline.General Compensation Outline:
