Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of desserts according to established recipes. Dress desserts with creativity and attention to detail. Package finished products for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively and securely. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food production processes. Follow all health regulations related to food handling and safety. Skills Proficient in desserts decorating techniques and presentation skills. Experience in packaging baked goods for retail sale. Strong background in food production and preparation methods. Previous pastry experience is highly desirable. Cooking skills with an emphasis on baking techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and passion for food. Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus.
