​Job Description ​Keikeu is looking for a talented, reliable, and passionate Part-Time Cake Decorator & Assistant Baker to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for detail, a love for beautiful pastries, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. ​While your primary focus will be crafting and decorating stunning cakes, you will also assist with basic baking duties to keep our cases full and beautiful. ​Pay & Benefits ​

Pay Rate:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour base pay (Starting pay based on experience) plus tips! ​

Schedule:

Flexible hours (Includes potential early mornings, weekends, or holiday shifts depending on production needs) ​ Key Responsibilities ​

Artistic Cake Decorating:

Design, frost, and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries ensuring high-quality visual presentation. ​

Baking Assistance:

Assist with basic baking tasks, including prepping ingredients, mixing batters, and monitoring oven times. ​

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal for all finished products. ​

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep work stations clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with food safety regulations. ​

Inventory Prep:

Assist in monitoring ingredient stock and preparing orders as needed. ​ Qualifications & Skills ​

Experience:

Proven experience in cake decorating (portfolio or photos of previous work is a big plus!). ​

Baking Knowledge:

Basic understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. ​
