Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and quality standards Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail and commissary orders Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling items for daily operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, following strict food safety protocols Support catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery of orders Handle food with care, demonstrating excellent food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene at all times Requirements Proven experience in baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods Hands-on experience with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients or team members professionally Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred; culinary or pastry school training is a plus Passion for the food industry with a dedication to culinary excellence and continuous learning Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary talents can flourish!
