Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Baker and Manager to lead our culinary and food production team with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity in cake decorating, oversee packaging and food handling processes, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Duties Lead and supervise the food production team, ensuring efficient operations across all culinary activities Oversee cake decorating projects, maintaining artistic quality and consistency in presentation Manage packaging processes to ensure product integrity, safety, and appealing presentation Coordinate food preparation tasks, including baking, cooking, pastry creation, and food handling procedures Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all kitchen activities Provide training and mentorship on culinary techniques such as knife skills, baking, and food industry best practices Ensure compliance with health regulations and support continuous improvement in kitchen workflows Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring product quality meets expectations Qualifications Proven experience in food production, baking, pastry arts, or culinary management within the food industry or restaurant environment Strong skills in cake decorating, cooking techniques, and food presentation Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging and food preparation processes Ability to train staff on culinary skills including knife techniques, baking methods, and catering standards Prior experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles preferred Passion for culinary arts combined with a commitment to high-quality customer service Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional culinary products while fostering a lively and professional kitchen atmosphere.
