Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and curteous
CONFECTIONER
to join our TEAM! The Confectioner is responsible for the production of sweets and baked goods for the Coast Candy Makers and the Sweet Stop, and sometimes banquets and other outlets. Provides friendly, courteous service to guests. Mixes and cooks candy ingredients by following, modifying or formulating recipes to produce product of a specified flavor, texture and color. Assist as instructed in the steamer bakery to create dessert's, rolls etc. Coast Candymakers, is a candy shop offering everything from creamy pralines to rich fudge made from scratch. Open Sunday-Thursday 10am to 10am, Friday-Saturday 10am to 11pm. Located Next to Island View Casino's Beach Blvd Steamer.
