Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning ingredients. Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations. Support catering events or special orders by preparing customized food items. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, following food safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation is highly desirable. Knowledge of kitchen operations, including knife skills and food handling safety standards. Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic culinary skills such as cooking, baking, and food safety knowledge.
