Assistant Baker

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys and has a passion for baking! This is a great position to learn & expand your skill set in a commercial kitchen setting.

Weekly:

Thursdays & Fridays, 10:00am-5:30pm Huge opportunity to grow in this position and evolve into a full time position. Would love to train the ideal employee on all positions in the back including cake decorating, baking cakes, and cookie and pastry prep positions eventually If interested. (Not required)

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily bakery production Cut, fill, and top bars and cakes Prepare baked goods such as biscuits, pastries, and other menu items Prep doughs and ingredients for the next day's production Wrap and package cakes and baked goods Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Wash dishes and sanitize tools/equipment daily
