Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the food industry, preferably in a bakery, catering, or restaurant setting
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
