Bakery Attendant

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bakery Attendant to join our vibrant bakery team. Duties Assist in food preparation by baking, assembling, and packaging baked goods according to established recipes and standards. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about products, and offering suggestions for upselling baked items or beverages. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area, including food handling and proper storage practices. Restock shelves with fresh baked goods and ensure displays are attractive and inviting. Help with basic food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, bakery work, or food service is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Good customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment typical of quick service or fast-food restaurants. Experience in retail or grocery store environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
