We are located on 6800 P St #300. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. Responsibilities Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form pie crusts, tarts, or other products Decorate cupcakes and other desserts Safely and efficiently operate ovens and other baking equipment Measure and weigh ingredients Prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes Clean and sanitize work station and equipment Apply Mise en Place methodology for organization and efficiency Qualifications Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen area Highly adaptable to various situations and stress levels Be able to work as a team but also independently Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Not Required but Encouraged A strong foundation in baking techniques, including mixing, measuring, and baking methods Ability to decorate precisely and efficiently Experience working as a pastry chef or similar role Why Join Us?
