Job Description

Everyone knows life is better with ice cream, spread the joy & be the one serving it! Come work at the sweetest place. As a Manager of Susie's Sweets , your daily tasks will include supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring product quality and cleanliness standards are met. You'll be responsible for ordering ingredients and supplies, baking and handling cash and sales reports, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will coordinate birthday parties, train new employees, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This hands-on role requires balancing operational efficiency with excellent customer service. Open 7 days per week 11pm-9pm. .
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
