Job Description

Our company is hiring an Assistant Baker to help bake and decorate desserts for our customers. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We will train you to make cookies, cakes, frostings, breads, pies and more. We also need help decorating cake and cupcakes.

Important qualifications:

Understand the process/recipe(s) to ensure highest quality of product is produced. Ensure that all equipment/utensils are clean, tools and floor space is organized, and all sanitation requirements are met. Operate machines that are used in baking (e.g. mixer, oven, conveyors) to perform various tasks. Monitor temperature of products and adjust ovens and timers as necessary to ensure proper baking time. Follow safety standards.
