This role is focused on macaron production , including preparing shells, managing batches, and ensuring consistency in quality and appearance. You will play a key role in maintaining production standards and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced bakery environment. Responsibilities Prepare and bake macaron shells with consistency and precision Manage daily production batches and timelines Mix batters, pipe shells, and monitor baking process Ensure color accuracy and quality standards are met Troubleshoot production issues (humidity, texture, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with general production when needed Requirements Proven experience in baking or pastry production (macarons experience preferred) Strong understanding of baking techniques and consistency control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentation Reliable, punctual, and proactive Ability to work independently and take ownership of production Why join us? Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback during the process.
Pay:
