This is an exciting opportunity for passionate worker who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating mouthwatering pretzels Duties Must be 18 or older, available to work early morning shift , weekends and holidays when necessary. Prepare doughs according to established recipes and quality standards Twist, shape, bake with precision . Operate equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect texture and flavor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in compliance with food safety regulations, and store standards. Assist in inventory management by rotating stock Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely production and customer satisfaction Answer phone ,take phone order in a friendly, professional way Skills Proven experience in baking ,and twisting preferred but not required; training provided for motivated beginners Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-energy environment Strong attention to detail to ensure each baked good meets quality standards Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy goods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical stamina to lift 50lbs and stand for lonf periods of time Embark on a rewarding journey where your talents can shine!
