This role is central to our operation and involves overseeing production, maintaining consistency, and ensuring all baked goods are prepared efficiently and on schedule for daily service. Responsibilities Oversee daily bakery production from preparation to finished product Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all baked goods Manage production schedules and prep planning for early morning service Prepare and supervise production of doughs, fillings, and baked items Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the bakery Baking Focus This position will specialize in traditional Puerto Rican and Latin-style bakery items , including: Pan sobao and enriched sweet breads Cookies and traditional baked goods Filled pastries and turnovers Artisan-style breads and dough-based products Scratch-made recipes using established production methods All products are prepared using proprietary recipes and standardized procedures designed for consistency and efficiency. Production Schedule This is a production-focused bakery environment with early morning output requirements. Daily prep includes end-of-day production work such as: dough mixing and portioning tray preparation controlled fermentation or refrigeration This system supports daily fresh production for early service:
