Job Description
Holding video interviews over a few weeks. ```The Beneficial Bakery Duties```
- Arrive on time and work in tandem with epic team Tuesday
- Thursday 10-4 and two Saturdays per month from 5-11am
- Dishwashing and putting clean dishes away.
- Help clean, dust, sweep and mop. Clean floor mats.
- Individually wrapping the bakes made
- Help the bakers prepare and bake a variety of gluten-free, allergen-free bakery items, including breads, sourdough, bagels, english muffins, pastries, cakes, muffins.
- Prep ingredients with care and attention to detail. Includes measuring with commercial scales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods ```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is a must
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough dividers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations '' Other ''
Hours:
Mid-morning weekday shifts (10-4), occasional Saturday (5am-11am) with availability for more hours if flexible.- Sundays off, every other Saturday off As a Baker at our establishment, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment.
