Job Description

Help Build the Future of a Chocolate Brand Chocolada® is seeking a passionate Chocolatier to lead and grow our chocolate production program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves the art and science of fine chocolate and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping an emerging premium chocolate brand. We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership, work independently, uphold exceptional quality standards, and help create products that customers will remember. Whether you are an experienced chocolatier or an ambitious up-and-coming talent eager to master the craft, we welcome candidates who bring passion, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. The Role As Chocolatier and Head of Chocolate Production, you will oversee all aspects of chocolate manufacturing, with a primary focus on bonbons, truffles, molded chocolates, seasonal collections, and future product development. This position offers significant creative input and the opportunity to become the driving force behind our chocolate program. Responsibilities Produce premium handcrafted bonbons, truffles, and chocolate confections Develop new flavors, recipes, and seasonal collections Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and taste standards Manage production schedules and inventory requirements Source ingredients and evaluate new products and suppliers Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Document recipes and establish production procedures Contribute ideas that strengthen and elevate the Chocolada® brand Build systems that support future growth and scalability Qualifications Experience in chocolate production, pastry, baking, confectionery, or a related field preferred Strong interest in fine chocolate and bonbon making Knowledge of tempering, molding, ganaches, fillings, and finishing techniques is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently with minimal supervision Creative, reliable, and proactive A desire to continuously learn and improve
