Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and cakes, with precision and creativity in cake decorating and food presentation Assist customers with selections, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty Package baked goods and deli items efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Support food production by following recipes, portioning ingredients accurately, and ensuring consistent quality in all offerings Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food handling and safety protocols at all times Restock shelves with fresh bakery products and deli items to ensure availability throughout the day Collaborate with team members to support catering orders or special event preparations as needed Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry work is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, knife handling, and food presentation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with packaging, food production processes, or catering services is beneficial Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required by the business Embark on an exciting journey where your culinary talents help create memorable moments for our customers!
