Duties Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and quality standards Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using cake decorating techniques to enhance presentation Package baked items attractively for sale or delivery, ensuring freshness and visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation tasks including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked products Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and responding to customer inquiries when needed Requirements Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or related food production roles within a bakery or restaurant setting Strong knife skills for slicing, trimming, and decorating baked goods Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers effectively Experience with cake decorating and pastry presentation is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Prior experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus Passion for baking with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance Join us if you're eager to craft exceptional baked goods while delivering outstanding customer experiences!
