Responsibilities Decorate cakes, cookies, and other baked goods with piping, icing, fondant, and edible embellishments to meet customer specifications and seasonal themes Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness, presentation, and quality during storage and transport Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, preparing icing or fillings, and organizing display cases Follow all food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times Requirements Proven experience in cake decorating, pastry arts, or a related culinary field with a strong portfolio of decorated baked goods Knowledge of food industry safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience in cake decorating techniques including piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and edible art creation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in food production or restaurant settings is highly desirable, not requiered Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred Join us if you're eager to craft edible art that brings joy to customers!
