Job Description

The Baker's Grove is looking for a part-time Production Baker to complement our current team and help grow our bakery. At The Baker's Grove, we bake everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients focusing on seasonality. For the production baker position, basic pastry knowledge is required, along with the ability to follow recipes and multitask, a desire to learn, a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work clean, have high volume production capabilities, follow a production list, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: mixing, shaping & baking doughs and cake batters, mixing frostings, glazes, and creams. Experience with laminated dough is a plus. Early morning, weekend and holiday availability is a must.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
