Bakery Associate

Position:

Bakery Sales Associate / Counter Staff We are seeking a friendly, detail oriented team member to join our bakery's front of house staff. This role is customer facing and requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries Take and process cake orders accurately, including custom requests Direct calls and questions to appropriate team members when needed Maintain strong knowledge of our cookies, pastries, and bakery offerings Pack retail, wholesale, and catering orders with accuracy and care Prepare and assemble platters and specialty orders Print and apply accurate labels to all products Write on cakes neatly and correctly (training provided if needed) Assist with opening setup and closing breakdown of the store Prepare and pack orders for shipping

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of kosher food and bakery operations preferred Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
