We are looking for someone who is passionate about traditional bread baking and takes pride in producing exceptional handcrafted breads. This position is ideal for a baker who enjoys working with preferments, naturally fermented doughs, shaping by hand, and maintaining consistent quality in a fast-paced artisan bakery environment.
