We are looking for a fearless and accountable Starbucks Team Lead who is positive and passionate! The Starbucks Team Lead creates the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. A Starbucks Team Lead is a responsible team player and always ready to learn. A Starbucks Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Starbucks Team Lead responsibilities include: Observe and support all store rules and company policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, heath department and weights and measures requirements. Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer. Discover and respond to customer needs. Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
