Bakery Assistant / Patisserie Production Helper Sweet Creations Patisserie is growing quickly and preparing to open our new storefront in Las Vegas. We specialize in high-end mousse desserts, custom cakes, fruit-shaped desserts, and elegant celebration desserts. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, detail-oriented person to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, clean, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative dessert business. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small business from the ground up. Pay is $15-$20 per hour , depending on experience, availability, reliability, and overall fit. Bonus opportunities may be available based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing dessert components Assisting with mousse desserts, cakes, packaging, and order prep Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and sanitary Helping with customer pickups and front-of-house tasks once the shop opens Assisting with inventory, labeling, cleaning, and setup Following instructions carefully and maintaining product quality Supporting the team during busy order days, weekends, events, and holidays What we are looking for: Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable standing, moving, and working with your hands Able to follow recipes, instructions, and procedures Flexible availability, including some weekends Interest in desserts, baking, hospitality, or creative food production Food handler card preferred or willingness to obtain one Reliable transportation preferred Sweet Creations Patisserie is currently in the build-out phase for our new storefront. Until the shop opens, some training, prep, or production support may take place at a licensed or approved off-site production location. Candidates should be comfortable being part of a growing pre-opening team.
