We're expanding quickly in WNY and looking for hard working, passionate team members to grow with us. Summary of Job We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Baker to join our growing company. Someone who loves the craft, and is passionate about great bread! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where consistency, attention to detail, and hustle matter. You'll help prepare, boil, bake, and finish bagels while keeping production moving efficiently and maintaining quality standards. Early mornings are part of the deal. So is smelling like fresh bagels before most people have had coffee. Responsibilities Boil and bake bagels to quality standards Apply toppings and prepare products for sale Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep, packaging, and production flow Help keep inventory and supplies organized Drive bagels to wholesale locations (within 20 miles of the bakery) Mix and prepare dough Roll and shape bagels Clean equipment and space at end of shift Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications One year experience and/or culinary/baking degree Knowledge of baking techniques and various bread/pastry types Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work early mornings (early as 3am, but TBD based on accounts), evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION

to drive bagels to different locations (within 20 miles of the bakery). Ability to jump into other roles, such as rolling bagels, making sandwiches or kitchen prep Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong customer service skills, as you represent our brand. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50lbs.
