We are looking for a friendly person to assist with bakery production. Duties and responsibilities for this position include: Safely operate, monitor, and adjust industrial-sized commercial mixers Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients using industrial scales and bulk ingredient bins. Preparing machines, trays, racks, and product for production. Finishing and baking products by hand and with machine assistance. Working in a bakery manufacturing setting. Assist existing full-time bakers with setup and bakery production. Stocking products and ingredients for production. Maintaining a clean workspace. Typical work hours would likely include a start time of 6-8AM and end time of 4-6PM. Production takes place during the week and on weekends. This position takes place in a bakery manufacturing setting, often focusing on one or a few steps to complete a finished product.
