• Baker Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a talented baker willing to join the Pastry Department.

The position is Full time (40 hours) between $18 and $22/h. Alongside the Pastry supervisor and two other bakers, you will be part of the team in charge of an important part of the Menu at Maman such as: Brownies Loaf cakes Oreos Tea Cake Travel cake etc.. Your position require at least 1 full year as baker in high scale production environment.

You must be able to:

Follow guidelines and recipes. Scale. Mix. Shape. Pipe. Bake different items. Lift, push, pull 50 Lbs. Organize your tasks and your station. Concerning the schedule, it is 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm with a break in between. Concerning the Kitchen, you will be working in a brand new environment with enough space and adapted equipment.
