For the Cake Decorator, this means taking pride in creating visually appealing and delicious cakes that meet customer expectations and special requests. 7:00am•3:30pmYour Day-to-Day Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and creating custom designs for cakes.

Mix, bake, fill, and decorate cakes using bakery recipes and techniques, including buttercream flowers, fondant, and gum paste.

Complete all cake orders and prepare items for sale in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain full knowledge of the bakerys product line, pricing, and sale items.

Rotate products and ensure all items are properly labeled, fresh, and visually appealing.

Serve as the final quality check for packaging, sell-by dates, and presentation of products.

Keep all areas clean and organized, including equipment, workstations, and display areas.

Always prioritize customer needs over tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, training, certifications and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $21.00•$29.40. At Adams, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
