Dry Clean Presser

The Dry Clean Presser is responsible for finishing garments and household items to the highest quality standards after cleaning. This includes pressing, steaming, and inspecting garments to ensure a crisp, professional appearance before they are packaged for customer pickup or delivery. We are currently looking for a full time and part time Dry Clean Presser.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressing equipment, steam irons, and finishing machines for garments and linens. Inspect each item for stains, damage, or poor cleaning results and report issues to the cleaner or manager. Press clothing according to fabric type and customer specifications. Handle delicate and specialty fabrics with care (e.g., silk, wool, satin). Ensure garments are properly hung, bagged, and labeled for pickup. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures. Meet production targets and quality control standards. Assist with other plant duties as needed (spotting, sorting, packaging).

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dry clean or laundry presser is required Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warm environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Hours:

Full-time or part-time; typically Monday-Saturday mornings and afternoons (approximately 8 am - 3 pm for full time schedule).

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
