Job Description
Entry-Level Baker in Akron, OH, USA We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Baker for our bakery in Akron, OH, USA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to start their career in the industry. As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No prior experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training to help you learn the art of baking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and measuring ingredients according to recipes
- Mix and knead dough for various breads and pastries
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment
- Decorate pastries and other baked goods
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all products
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must have a passion for baking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
